Windows 11 - Unable to create new user as admin

Hi,For some reason I am unable to login my normal user when logging on my laptop. Each time I try login, it won’t allow me to put a password in, just asks to do single use code, which I get emailed to me, input it and takes me back to sign in screen again.So I created a new user, lets me login. But I am unable to get any admin privelages. I have an issue on this user where the ‘yes’ button is not visible whenever asked to allow access to anything.When booting up the command prompt, tried adding to local group admin, but I get system error 1376.
