Windows 11 - Settings app on Windows 11 is not working properly. Some of the functions for the app are gone and some just don't open when I click them.

Hello, I am having a problem with my Settings app on Windows 11. Like I said, if i try to click on something, for example: "Typing" in the "Keyboard" section, nothing happens. Same problem happens if I try to right click on desktop and go to the Display settings. It just brings me to Settings to the Home tab. Even if i try to search reset this PC (to fix the problem), nothing happens.
