Windows XP Pro won't install - Stop Code 0x0000007B

Hello Dell Community,I just bought a Dell OptiPlex 755 MT and I need to do a clean install of Windows XP Professional, the only problem is, is that everytime it attempts to start the setup program, it always throws up a blue screen with the stop code 0x0000007B and I've tried changed the SATA Operation from AHCI to ATA as that is what I have available in the BIOS. I even tried changing the SATA Operation to Legacy but that doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you.
