I recently discovered malware on my Windows 8 computer and decided to try to reset the PC because all my files are backed up on a different device. However when I went to reset it, this error popped up. I've restarted the PC multiple times but to no avail.The full description:Restart your PC to try againIt looks like something didn't load correctly. Restarting might fix the problem. If this happens more than once, you might also be able to find help by searching online for the specific error code.Error code: 80070490
