Guest Kat_Martin Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Use deployment tasks and quarantined email to help protect your managed tenant's inboxes. Microsoft 365 Lighthouse allows you to both quickly configure policies that help protect your managed tenants from potentially dangerous or unwanted messages but also get a single pane of glass view into the quantity and type of messages filtered by Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO) policies. Configure protection for your managed tenants via the default baseline. Lighthouse helps you secure and manage your customers' tenants with a set of deployment tasks using our default baseline. You can use these tasks to apply standard protection levels across all your customers. With our deployment tasks for EOP and MDO, you can configure policies that turn on standard security measures for both EOP and MDO. Exchange Online Protection (EOP) helps protect your customers’ tenants against spam, malware, phishing, and other email threats. Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) helps protect your organization from malicious threats in email messages, links (URLs), and collaboration tools. Once enabled, you can use our Quarantined messages page to help manage quarantined emails across your customer tenants. View all quarantined data in a single multi-tenant view. Screenshot of Microsoft 365 Lighthouse Quarantined messages page Lighthouse lets you see all the quarantined emails from your managed customers in one place. You can check how many emails are in each customer's quarantine, how many are about to expire, and how many need your review. You can also see the change in the number of emails over the last 24 hours. This helps you to evaluate your policies and detect any possible attacks on your customers. With Lighthouse, you can easily manage your customers' quarantined queues every day. We also allow you to seamlessly navigate directly into the Quarantine queue in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal directly from Lighthouse, saving you time as you review and manage these queues on behalf of your customers. Get started today with EOP, MDO, and quarantine! By deploying our EOP and MDO tasks, you can begin providing better protection to your managed customers’ tenants. And with our quarantined message view, you can more easily stay on top of the day-to-day management.
