Hence, clocks will be set forward by an hour at 12:00 AM on April 28, 2023. The April 2023 Monthly quality update for Windows includes the following time zone update for Egypt: Clocks will be set forward by an hour at 12:00 a.m. on April 28, 2023, for the Egypt time zone.
