jmroderick Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Does anyone know how to grant permissions to a user account to run a scheduled task under when that user has no explicit permissions on the Server 2008 box? I've tried granting the ID 'Logon as a batch job' rights but that doesn't do the trick. Jon Quote
FPCH Admin AWS Posted January 7, 2009 FPCH Admin Posted January 7, 2009 If the user has no permissions on the sever then the user would be quest. You can't run tasks withh a guest account. Unless I'm missing something it does sound like you want guests to run tasks since that is what a user with no permissions is. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
