Arbindo covered how Viva Topics and SharePoint Syntex can unlock the knowledge and expertise within your organization. “Syntex can manage and build business taxonomies automatically from the content you save to libraries across Microsoft 365. Then Topics can use those taxonomy tags to prebuild topic pages, and automatically attach tagged documents to the topic pages as new content is found and tagged.” SharePoint Syntex Updates – Viva Topics integration and more - Microsoft Tech Community

Additionally, attendees learned about the latest in Viva, as well as saw a brief Viva solution demonstration (using audio podcasts within Viva Learning). Attendees also were afforded the opportunity to ask questions of our Viva Monthly hosts and our Viva Topics/SharePoint Syntex special guest.

Michael Gannotti

And then it, you know, we can unmute people, bring them off, mute to ask somebody something if they like or you can type it and we'll be following along with that as we go through.

0:1:25.120 --> 0:1:27.40

Michael Gannotti

Let's go ahead and.

0:1:28.610 --> 0:1:48.970

Michael Gannotti

Look at our agenda for today. So we're gonna start off with some brief introductions. It'll take a second. Then we'll jump into what's new in Microsoft. Viva, we have an HLS smartter health highlight. We have a Viva guest presentation today, and our bendo is in live from Vegas. Mike.

0:1:50.850 --> 0:1:52.10

Michael Gannotti

That's what I'm talking about.

0:1:52.650 --> 0:1:53.770

Michael Gannotti

Shout out to Vegas.

0:1:55.120 --> 0:2:23.840

Michael Gannotti

So we'll have our guest presentation by Arbindo, who's gonna be talking about Microsoft Viva topics as well as syntax and how they really can work hand in hand and really expand what's able to be done. We have time at the end for open QA, but of course, as I mentioned, if you have questions as we go through, feel free to post to ask here to raise your hand and we'll try to get those answered.

0:2:24.190 --> 0:2:25.270

Michael Gannotti

As we can.

0:2:27.360 --> 0:2:31.300

Michael Gannotti

So what's new in Viva? There is a ton.

0:2:32.0 --> 0:2:34.770

Michael Gannotti

So I believe last time we talked.

0:2:36.460 --> 0:2:42.10

Michael Gannotti

We were talking about the four modules of Viva, which was connections.

0:2:42.730 --> 0:2:57.100

Michael Gannotti

Insights, learning and topics and you can see that has already grown out and we did talk about goals last time, but you can see new appearances by Amplify by Insights Pulse.

0:2:58.640 --> 0:3:7.80

Michael Gannotti

And more that have started to take hold and I'll hit on those real quickly. But to do that, I'm going to go ahead and pull up.

0:3:8.280 --> 0:3:9.570

Michael Gannotti

Not our blog.

0:3:10.170 --> 0:3:40.480

Michael Gannotti

But the official Viva blog, so there there's a couple of things I wanna highlight and then I'll drop a link in the chat here. So First off, during the announcements at Ignite and just prior to that, but post our last session, more options coming for the Viva Connections, desktop experience, Viva Connections really is becoming increasingly cemented as that foundational core for all of Eva.

0:3:40.580 --> 0:3:44.550

Michael Gannotti

And there's a reason for that. And if we come on down here, you'll see.

0:3:45.600 --> 0:4:15.710

Michael Gannotti

A new uh Viva. Well, that didn't give us a very good view. There's a new Viva experience for connections coming where instead of us continue to expand on the left hand rail with all these icons condensing down to a single unified Viva icon. And then within that present our enhanced connections experience along with connections to the modules that you make available in your enterprise. And that's important because we.

0:4:15.790 --> 0:4:39.840

Michael Gannotti

We're really trying to, you know, simplify the experience instead of having all these different icons bring it together into a single launchpad via connections and be able to then as we as as you make offerings available in your organization, be able to have a landing place for that right within that enhanced connections design.

0:4:40.860 --> 0:5:11.150

Michael Gannotti

I'll have the links to all these, so don't worry about them. We'll give those afterwards, connect daily to work with OK Rs and latest goals integration. So you know, one of the things that we've talked about was that one of the the big pushes for the goals team is increased integration into other pieces. So you can see where in this article they talk about that. But you can see here are the available ones. And then coming soon we have JIRA on premise, Microsoft Planner.

0:5:11.250 --> 0:5:12.850

Michael Gannotti

Microsoft project.

0:5:14.120 --> 0:5:15.350

Michael Gannotti

Would have thought, right?

0:5:16.570 --> 0:5:31.700

Michael Gannotti

Project Power BI and that's both to render dashboard views of a goals that OK Rs. But also to feed you're OK Rs so as you have other applications feeding power BI.

0:5:32.360 --> 0:5:33.770

Michael Gannotti

They can in turn feed.

0:5:35.410 --> 0:6:6.0

Michael Gannotti

Goals slack and then Viva goals extension and ADO. So number of things coming around that we provided a road map on there. I'm not going to go through all this but we talk about goals. They talked about some of the enhancements to learning coming including learning paths so that you can set those up. I'm seeing that in my preview tenant right now where I'm able to set up learning paths so then you can have readily available courses of study.

0:6:6.220 --> 0:6:15.190

Michael Gannotti

To get to some type of end state for your users. Also learning collections is coming there and then some updates around.

0:6:15.580 --> 0:6:24.740

Michael Gannotti

Of various permissions and we'll get more into that in another session and then deployment. They're simplifying across the organization.

0:6:26.150 --> 0:6:56.200

Michael Gannotti

Also, there is an upcoming webinar by the folks from the Viva team and this is the future of employee learning on November 15th. Again we'll have this link after the fact. We'll put that off the blog site along with the recording from here so you can go and register. It's a free session. I highly encourage you share that with your colleagues, friends and family and check out what's happening and where this is all going with learning because it's an exciting.

0:6:56.290 --> 0:7:23.30

Michael Gannotti

Area of rapid expansion in addition to that, we also have announcing the new Viva IT admin feature. So really bringing centralizing the administration of Viva and bringing that as on par and you know really an equal of SharePoint and teams and others have a one place one stop shop for you to go in administer Viva.

0:7:23.730 --> 0:7:30.720

Michael Gannotti

That is on the road map it is coming and they give a whole not only the announcement, but a view to that you can see.

0:7:32.440 --> 0:8:0.970

Michael Gannotti

They have additional information around Viva topics, something that's gonna come out. We're going to be talking about today, Viva topics, but at KM world, so Microsoft Viva topics will be part of the presentations there and a lot of exciting things that are coming out around topics as we continue to build that up to really become that knowledge management hub for the organization that then feed so many other things like learning.

0:8:1.350 --> 0:8:2.660

Michael Gannotti

Like connections.

0:8:3.810 --> 0:8:20.0

Michael Gannotti

Engage and others and be able to provide that. So that's coming out at KM world and you can check out that announcement and you'll be able to get to all this. I will drop this one right into the chat right now so that you have that don't have to wait.

0:8:23.20 --> 0:8:50.410

Michael Gannotti

There we go. All that comes off of there were many other announcements since then, so if you're looking for anything in the last month since our last session, just take a look at anything starting from October on. We ended our last session with September. So that starts right here under more options coming soon to the desktop and you can see quite a few announcements that have come out. So definitely check that out. We'll have all that again.

0:8:51.200 --> 0:8:56.590

Michael Gannotti

Off the post of the recording today session and you can see that following this.

0:8:58.650 --> 0:9:1.140

Michael Gannotti

Alright, continuing on.

0:9:2.840 --> 0:9:11.730

Michael Gannotti

Smartter health in any questions. Does anybody have any questions about anything? I have my Chad up right now. No questions, alright.

0:9:13.160 --> 0:9:42.490

Michael Gannotti

So smarter health, real quickly, I wanted to call out something last time we showcased goals. I wanna show something a little bit differently, a little different than last time in today. So I'm going to shoot on over here. So smartter health, if you're not familiar with it for all of our Microsoft Healthcare and Life science customers. HLS, we have a demo environment nationally called Smarter Health.

0:9:42.630 --> 0:10:13.700

Michael Gannotti

And in that we have different solutions that are being built up and we've covered and done things off of the blog around learning. But I just wanted to call out a couple of things both that are working in it today and some that will be soon within the learning piece because it really extends that just in time capability that you can provide for your users within their orgs using out-of-the-box features that you get with learning in fact.

0:10:14.0 --> 0:10:43.90

Michael Gannotti

The piece, the first piece that I'll show you, you get even with the freemium version. So if I take a look at our smartter health thing and you can see we have some trending courses here and things I might be interested in. One of the things you'll note right here, right off the bat is there are different media types. So here for example is a PDF so readily being able to open other things, but I'm going to go into this particular piece and Scroll down.

0:10:44.110 --> 0:10:48.420

Michael Gannotti

And you'll see what I have here is something called clinicians connect.

0:10:49.410 --> 0:11:0.320

Michael Gannotti

What we have done here in Smartter health is we had a request from providers and I'm going to go out to our learning. There we go smartter health learn.

0:11:2.680 --> 0:11:34.110

Michael Gannotti

Where folks said, you know, hey, we wanna be able to provide a podcast. And so underneath in this site, setting up a library to do podcasting, we're able to set that up and then start to drop in MP threes, just like you can do videos. And we've showed that in the past where you can go and you can have a video where somebody clicked and then they can say, hey, this is of interest. And this is a video you made internally and then be able to play that habit available.

0:11:34.460 --> 0:12:2.950

Michael Gannotti

But in our case, what we're talking about here are MP threes, again taking the comfort level of people and the tools. So think about this. You have a phone, you can record your voice just in time, kind of content. Upload it into a SharePoint library and now also treated like a first class citizen that will play natively here. And here is audio. So if you want to create.

0:12:3.730 --> 0:12:29.940

Michael Gannotti

MP3 podcast where you create a library and then folders for your podcast. The same metadata structure that you would use. You can even add to your calendar. We can provide that here and when person clicks you'll know. There you go. It runs native because natively SharePoint online supports MP3 and oh shoot, it's the M4. I forget the name of it.

0:12:31.230 --> 0:12:33.810

Michael Gannotti

Jim, what's the name of that one, the M41?

0:12:34.970 --> 0:12:36.60

Jim Warner

I'm I'm 4AA.

0:12:35.230 --> 0:13:2.700

Michael Gannotti

Do you remember M4A? Thank you. Yes. Supports both of those native and will play right here and then it's just a matter of clicking and playing. And that works. Mobile and desktop. So that's the first piece. So if you have even the freemium, you can extend using SharePoint libraries and folders. Again, we'll have pointers to how to do this, cause we've posted already, you know, step by step how TOS.

0:13:3.100 --> 0:13:5.520

Michael Gannotti

Umm, but that's available for you.

0:13:6.480 --> 0:13:36.720

Michael Gannotti

And it works just like all other content. Everything from your learning management system right on down to the SharePoint based content. So audio is there as well. Finally last thing they mentioned learning pathways and let's say you want to create pathways. One of the things that you could actually do if you have a podcast series that in fact is a training series that you want to target. In this case, we're doing 1 nurses speak you can create.

0:13:36.810 --> 0:13:48.960

Michael Gannotti

An initial lineup right where here you can see I have two items. I'm just going to click at it and then you can see I was able to add a custom thumbnail, give it a title, give it a description.

0:13:49.700 --> 0:13:58.560

Michael Gannotti

Select next. It shows the audio podcast I added and then I can simply go in and add additional podcasts.

0:13:59.310 --> 0:14:5.410

Michael Gannotti

As those come on to bear so I can have an ongoing learning series part of a learning path.

0:14:6.730 --> 0:14:27.640

Michael Gannotti

For instruction, for clinicians or any other, I mean it could be line workers, right? Clinical workers, because again, we want to make it mobile. We want to make it user-friendly, automated, automatically serve up to folks. That's a feature coming not there yet for everybody, but pathways is coming. So that concludes.

0:14:29.60 --> 0:14:47.520

Michael Gannotti

Our smartter health, if you want to see smartter health and all the things that we can do there, schedule time with your Microsoft accounting for them to come in and we'll be happy to go ahead and provide that to you now without further ado.

0:14:49.850 --> 0:14:53.60

Michael Gannotti

They go on to the next we have a Viva guest.

0:14:53.860 --> 0:15:6.490

Michael Gannotti

So our bendo, I'm gonna let you introduce yourself in a in just one second. I'm going to be turning this over our Bendel. I'm gonna come off of the video here in just a second, but.

0:15:7.220 --> 0:15:28.460

Michael Gannotti

If you have questions again, you'll be able to raise your hand and we'll we'll queue you up. Also myself and Jim Warner, who you can see in here, will be monitoring the chat on here. So feel free as you have questions, post stuff in there and we'll make sure that we can get that queued up and you're ready to rock'n'roll.

0:15:29.130 --> 0:15:30.800

Michael Gannotti

So without further ado.

0:15:32.30 --> 0:15:32.860

Michael Gannotti

Arbindo.

0:15:33.750 --> 0:15:34.430

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Thank you, Mike.

0:15:33.840 --> 0:15:35.910

Michael Gannotti

Introduce yourself and take it away.

0:15:36.140 --> 0:16:6.510

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Absolutely. It's super excited to be in front of the HLS community and have this opportunity to present some of the innovations we are bringing in the content management space. So hello everyone, my name is Arbindo Chattopadhyay. I'm a director in the content AI specialist team and my responsibility is really to bring the latest innovations that we are making in the AI space.

0:16:6.680 --> 0:16:23.310

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Especially around content management. So today I'm going to walk you through how you can use AI specifically Viva topics and Microsoft syntax to transform your content into knowledge.

0:16:24.410 --> 0:16:31.80

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

As Mike mentioned, let's make this interactive. Ask questions, interrupt, ask questions on chat.

0:16:31.540 --> 0:16:43.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh I don't want to be this to be a one way presentation. This will be a lot of dim. So get ready to see some of the cool stuff that we are bringing here.

0:16:45.310 --> 0:16:56.440

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Soon before I start, uh, let me just set the stage here. This is my 14th year at Microsoft and I still remember my first week.

0:16:57.730 --> 0:17:2.460

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

I'm sure all of you remember your first day first week in your organization.

0:17:3.680 --> 0:17:9.890

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

I was anxious. I really wanted to prove myself fast. I wanted to learn.

0:17:10.690 --> 0:17:29.510

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Everything that is around me, everything that I can learn to make myself productive. So what? What do you do? This is 14 years back. What do you do? Usually you have someone. A buddy who is who's assigned to you. You can ask questions you can.

0:17:29.580 --> 0:17:41.260

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh, as you navigate through the organization you can try to identify subject matter experts or you get to know some of the tools that you can use to search for content.

0:17:42.360 --> 0:17:48.60

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now, Fast forward putting years and here we are going to see.

0:17:48.800 --> 0:18:2.510

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh let me show this. We are going to welcome Megan. Megan just joined Contoso Electronics. Now, please don't read the e-mail. Just the essence of this e-mail. Is this is a welcome e-mail.

0:18:3.360 --> 0:18:17.200

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

From Megan's manager to Megan, welcoming her into Contoso electronics, and in this e-mail, as you will note, there is mention of multiple projects that Megan will be working on.

0:18:18.700 --> 0:18:35.610

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now, what would Megan do? Typically should open up browser, go to the search engine, try searching for Lafayette, searching for ascutney, searching for delta. Understand who the experts are in each of the projects, and what are some of the key documents.

0:18:36.870 --> 0:18:38.660

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now, what if AI?

0:18:39.600 --> 0:19:3.360

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Comes in here and helps reduce the time Megan would spend searching for documents and searching for experts. So as you can see, this is an e-mail. This is an outlook web access, but it's the same experience in Outlook as well. But what you also see in this e-mail on the top right corner there is this number 5 and then there is a pound sign here.

0:19:4.620 --> 0:19:13.700

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And Megan clicks on this and this is the AI where AI has identified some of the key topics in the e-mail.

0:19:14.900 --> 0:19:25.190

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It is showing Lafayette. It is showing as kidney and it is showing delta as Megan hovers over these topics see she can.

0:19:26.180 --> 0:19:34.530

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Loan what Lafayette is about. What is the summary? What are some of the other names that Lafayette is also known as?

0:19:35.570 --> 0:19:39.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Who are the subject matter experts and what are some of the key resources?

0:19:41.830 --> 0:19:45.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right. She can click on this and she can get to.

0:19:46.390 --> 0:19:47.90

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Lafayette.

0:19:53.380 --> 0:20:0.460

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And this is not something that I've hardcoded, this is the built in out-of-the-box experience.

0:20:1.210 --> 0:20:2.900

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Powered by Viva topics.

0:20:4.130 --> 0:20:16.400

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And this helps not only in new employee onboarding, it helps in every scenario and the whole idea here is instead of you trying to spend time searching for information.

0:20:17.190 --> 0:20:19.830

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Information is brought to you with AI.

0:20:21.10 --> 0:20:29.770

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right. So in the next presentation, we are going to see how to make this work. What do you need to make this work? And it's it is quite simple actually.

0:20:31.370 --> 0:20:43.20

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So before I get to that, I'm just gonna walk you through a few slides as to why we built this, what are the capabilities and how you can quickly get started with this.

0:20:47.890 --> 0:20:50.460

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Alright, so why did we build this?

0:20:51.810 --> 0:21:21.910

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

With digitization of business processes, we are experiencing an unprecedented growth in unstructured content. When I sound structured content, everything from PDF's to documents to spreadsheets, audio files, video files, either getting generated within the organization or being received from external users and businesses. By the year 2025 as per the research.

0:21:22.260 --> 0:21:30.630

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

World is going to host 130 billion terabytes of content. I cannot even imagine how many zeros are in here.

0:21:31.740 --> 0:21:38.910

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And this is not going to slow down. This is going to grow significantly as we digitize business process.

0:21:40.490 --> 0:21:47.940

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Just to give you some sense, Microsoft 365 adds 1.6 billion documents per day.

0:21:49.490 --> 0:21:59.260

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Today and organizations are are spending a lot of money just trying to manage this content within the organization.

0:22:0.760 --> 0:22:12.660

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So this is the problem that we are trying to solve. We are not trying to reduce the amount of content that is getting generated, but we are trying to bring AI to manage this content.

0:22:14.420 --> 0:22:27.510

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So as we talked to our customers and partners, we have identified 4 key challenges that we want to address with this API. Number one, we want to transform content into information.

0:22:28.740 --> 0:22:42.790

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

As you generate content in your organization, you have so much valuable information inside it. But all that information is locked inside unless you extract them and use it in the business process.

0:22:44.320 --> 0:22:58.350

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Organization gaps. So today for you to use this information you need manual processes where someone is classifying what the content is and extracting meta data from it.

0:23:0.370 --> 0:23:6.200

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

#3, one of the most common complaint from end users, is that search is broken.

0:23:7.50 --> 0:23:35.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

I cannot find what I'm looking for. I'm spending too much time trying to find relevant information we want to fix that and last but not the least, is the risk risk from security and compliance or customers are asking us to build proactive approach to applying the compliance and security policies instead of depending on the users to do the same.

0:23:37.970 --> 0:23:53.640

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So with this in mind, project Cortex was launched 2 years ago, and from Project Cortex there were two products that were born. The first one became Viva topics, the second one is Microsoft syntax.

0:23:54.820 --> 0:23:56.330

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So we were topics.

0:23:57.530 --> 0:24:27.80

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

What does it do? It uses AI, especially machine learning, to curate your enterprise content and from the enterprise content. The end goal of Viva Topic is to identify those key topics and subject matter experts and build an enterprise Wikipedia for your organization, something that all the users can go to and refer to to.

0:24:27.390 --> 0:24:29.350

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

I'm to consume knowledge.

0:24:30.790 --> 0:24:52.640

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And last but not the least, the goal of the Viva topic is really to proactively bring this knowledge in the flow of work. So as you saw in the outlook e-mail, the knowledge came to the use it. Similarly, we will be lighting up all the other canvases such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as well.

0:24:55.800 --> 0:25:1.50

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

2nd is Microsoft syntax. Microsoft Syntax uses machine teaching.

0:25:2.90 --> 0:25:16.60

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And machine learning combination of both to do 2 activities. One it looks inside every document to classify what is the business domain of that document.

0:25:16.820 --> 0:25:24.370

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Is it a contract? Is it invoice? Is it a patient information form? Is it a claims form? What is the business domain?

0:25:25.360 --> 0:25:29.650

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And second, it extracts the meta data from the document.

0:25:30.470 --> 0:25:35.990

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

To produce a contract, what is the contract amount? What is the contract date? What are terms and conditions?

0:25:37.150 --> 0:25:41.340

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

This is a common activity extracting meta data.

0:25:42.90 --> 0:25:59.340

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

That our highly paid and highly skilled employees are doing every day and the whole goal here is to reduce the manual time, thereby increasing the productivity and also reducing the risk that comes from human error.

0:26:0.860 --> 0:26:6.900

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And lastly, use the classification and metadata to enable content discovery.

0:26:7.750 --> 0:26:14.750

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So now you can do searches such as show me all the contracts where contractor is Microsoft.

0:26:15.910 --> 0:26:21.420

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So you are bringing structured query in the unstructured world of content.

0:26:22.540 --> 0:26:33.850

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You are also using this classification and metadata to drive business processes such as approval to drive compliance policies and to drive sensitivity labels.

0:26:37.630 --> 0:26:40.180

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So how does it work at a very high level?

0:26:40.920 --> 0:26:46.210

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Step number one is for you to define your enterprise taxonomy.

0:26:47.280 --> 0:26:55.410

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

This is where you are seeding Viva topics with some of the key topics that are relevant to your organization.

0:26:56.400 --> 0:27:9.10

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It could be the products that you sell. It could be the services that you provide. It could be locations where your hospitals are, it could be the customer segments. What is your enterprise taxonomy?

0:27:10.600 --> 0:27:16.210

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now after you build your taxonomy, you also provide what you call as a synonyms.

0:27:17.120 --> 0:27:25.650

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

For example, 401K is a benefit in the US, but it could be called something else in Canada and something else in India.

0:27:26.780 --> 0:27:35.870

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So what you're doing is, along with the taxonomy, you're also defining the synonyms that each of the top are also has within your enterprise.

0:27:37.810 --> 0:27:38.810

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Second, you're up.

0:27:39.730 --> 0:27:46.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You have your content in M365, your documents your spreadsheets as well as your SharePoint content.

0:27:48.260 --> 0:28:17.990

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

#3 this is where the AI is working for you. So we were topics goes and curates your enterprise content. It looks at your taxonomy and builds the topic of experience for each of the term in your taxonomy. Now this is an optional step of using the taxonomy. If you do not use the taxonomy we were topics we'll just go and identify.

0:28:18.90 --> 0:28:20.180

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

All the topics within your enterprise.

0:28:21.110 --> 0:28:25.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And how is it doing it? It is doing it based on the graph information.

0:28:26.290 --> 0:28:42.940

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It is looking at what are some of the key search terms. So what are some of the key documents? What are people collaborating on who is collaborating more on specific area? It is using all that information and generating this enterprise Wikipedia for you.

0:28:44.420 --> 0:28:55.380

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Syntax on the other hand is going inside each and every document and classifying. This is the contract. This is the invoice. This is the patient information and extracting the meta data.

0:28:56.720 --> 0:29:2.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now topics and syntax are now coming together. Because of this taxonomy.

0:29:4.30 --> 0:29:17.300

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And we'll see a demo now that we were topics as used the taxonomy to create a wiki or a topic experience syntax will now align the documents to each of those topic.

0:29:19.160 --> 0:29:30.510

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

No, after the AI does it work, that is when the humans comes into picture. Now the subject matter experts will go in and review what we what topic has.

0:29:31.250 --> 0:29:40.940

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh, cute it. What are some of the key topics? Who are the subject matter experts and now humans can find you this topic experience.

0:29:42.60 --> 0:29:52.580

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

They can add a new subject matter expert. They can add new documents that define content, remove certain topics and make sure it is ready for enterprise consumption.

0:29:54.270 --> 0:29:59.900

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And this is when the topic and the syntax content is now.

0:30:1.110 --> 0:30:15.200

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Auto discoverable within Microsoft Office. So within outlook within teams within SharePoint, we are proactively showing you the relevant topic based on your context.

0:30:18.810 --> 0:30:19.900

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Any questions so far?

0:30:21.370 --> 0:30:23.220

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Is there any question on the chat?

0:30:25.920 --> 0:30:27.700

Michael Gannotti

Yeah. So we did have.

0:30:29.400 --> 0:30:42.10

Michael Gannotti

Mike Morrison. Well, first we had two things. Andre had said that he's very interested in seeing metrics or KPI's with syntax as you get into it. Also Mike Morrison.

0:30:44.270 --> 0:30:55.270

Michael Gannotti

Had posted and he said just thinking out loud, but rather than five for new untrained user to the system. Would it be better to have more context?

0:30:56.210 --> 0:31:2.200

Michael Gannotti

EG key, subject topics, so user will clearly see an action implied.

0:31:3.270 --> 0:31:3.730

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yeah.

0:31:2.920 --> 0:31:5.230

Michael Gannotti

That was the two things we had posted.

0:31:5.660 --> 0:31:13.870

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Awesome. Great feedback. Absolutely. So we are open to all the feedback, whatever makes sense. I'm gonna take it back to engineering.

0:31:14.470 --> 0:31:17.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Umm yeah, so thank you. And we'll talk about.

0:31:18.470 --> 0:31:23.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Metrics or KPI? And if I do not answer please ask question.

0:31:24.810 --> 0:31:25.920

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Alright, so let's.

0:31:27.60 --> 0:31:28.110

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Look at this.

0:31:29.700 --> 0:31:30.410

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

In action.

0:31:31.760 --> 0:31:32.290

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right.

0:31:35.510 --> 0:31:39.940

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

OK, so the first thing that we are going to see is the.

0:31:41.190 --> 0:31:55.580

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Taxonomic so here. This is where you go in and you define what is your enterprise taxonomy. So here you will see Contoso electronics within engineering. They have all the engineering projects that they are currently working on.

0:31:56.290 --> 0:32:4.120

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right now you may have something else. You may have geography, you may have your customer segments or products.

0:32:5.0 --> 0:32:7.200

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Uh, now, for each one of them.

0:32:8.70 --> 0:32:11.240

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You may also have what we call as a synonym.

0:32:12.70 --> 0:32:26.700

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

For example, Delta may also be known as PRJ 004A or R PA004A in this case. So you will define synonyms for your terms. Again, this is the optional element.

0:32:28.700 --> 0:32:29.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

After you do that.

0:32:31.90 --> 0:32:35.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

What you do is you go and you request a topic you say.

0:32:36.330 --> 0:32:52.150

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You tell we were topics to go ahead and use this term to curate topic experience for this particular term and you can use the API so that you can request topic for each and every term in your taxonomy.

0:32:53.580 --> 0:33:0.110

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So what happens here is for lapaire, you'll see we were topic has already created a topic experience.

0:33:2.400 --> 0:33:3.410

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

View details.

0:33:10.70 --> 0:33:14.670

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And you will see it has the summary. It has what it is also known as it has.

0:33:15.250 --> 0:33:27.530

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh identified subject matter expert and the files and resources what it will also do is you will see it has also identified what are some of the related topics to the Lafayette.

0:33:28.750 --> 0:33:30.450

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right. And you will see this.

0:33:30.530 --> 0:33:50.380

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

This and nodes number of nodes growing as more and more content is added. Now when this is created. This is in an unpublished board. This is where a user goes in subject matter expert. They review what we what topic has done. They make changes if need be and then they publish it.

0:33:51.110 --> 0:33:59.840

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Once the publisher, it shows up in Outlook. It shows up in teams. When you go to teams you start chatting, you post something.

0:34:2.320 --> 0:34:6.610

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You use the pound sign and then you can link to the topic itself.

0:34:10.470 --> 0:34:16.360

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You're in the chat. You'll see as kidney here. And this is this is the topic.

0:34:19.850 --> 0:34:21.120

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You see here this one.

0:34:27.610 --> 0:34:31.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You know, for some reason this is not pulling up right now. Let's check this.

0:34:34.950 --> 0:34:35.430

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

OK.

0:34:36.120 --> 0:34:46.350

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Demogod is not very happy with me today, but imagine when you clear, you know when you type pound, it will show you all the list of approved topics.

0:34:47.410 --> 0:34:51.160

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Let me try one more time in here. Yeah, here you will notice.

0:34:52.20 --> 0:34:55.890

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And use bound escuti and it has already highlighted the topic.

0:34:56.620 --> 0:34:57.810

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Along with the details.

0:34:58.630 --> 0:34:58.930

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yep.

0:35:5.530 --> 0:35:17.740

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yeah, this is the experience. So here you'll say WPA and you can start writing, so anyone who is referring to the post can now hover over the the topic and then then they can take a look at the details.

0:35:19.120 --> 0:35:28.970

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Second, let's look at Microsoft syntax. Like I said, Microsoft syntax goes inside the document and does the classification and metadata extraction.

0:35:29.660 --> 0:35:31.820

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So these are the design documents here.

0:35:32.940 --> 0:35:35.190

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Let me show you how they look like.

0:35:36.670 --> 0:35:46.680

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

To hear you will notice the there is a project code here. It does not say that ascutney, but there is a project code and then there is lot of this information.

0:35:47.780 --> 0:35:49.330

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Similarly for delta.

0:35:50.130 --> 0:36:2.480

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

There is a project called. Now what syntax we'll do is syntax will classify and it will extract the meta data and this is how it looks like when syntax runs.

0:36:5.330 --> 0:36:35.330

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And syntax runs as soon as you upload new content in your library or you select existing content and click on classify and extract. So you will notice what has happened. It has tagged the project with Ascutney. It has tagged the project with Hood Delta. Depending on what the project code was. Now the project code could be the exact term in your taxonomy or it could be one of the synonyms.

0:36:36.310 --> 0:36:38.40

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And it has extracted.

0:36:39.270 --> 0:36:51.180

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It can extract any meta data like you know there is a design number. There is a date, there is a contract terms using machine teaching. It extracts all this metadata.

0:36:52.340 --> 0:37:2.890

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now this is how topic and syntax they are coming together because they have the common tag that binds them together with the taxonomy.

0:37:4.150 --> 0:37:23.860

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now what is the use of this now as a user, if you want to search for all the documents with project code EX6543, you can use the metadata search here project code EX6543.

0:37:24.670 --> 0:37:25.480

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And such.

0:37:26.240 --> 0:37:31.530

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You're doing a structured query in the on for in the unstructured content.

0:37:32.630 --> 0:37:36.180

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right now, this particular search experience.

0:37:37.530 --> 0:37:38.620

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

This is dynamic.

0:37:40.830 --> 0:37:49.560

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

The meta data that you see here automatically changes based on the metadata in the SharePoint library.

0:37:50.650 --> 0:37:57.210

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right. You could also use power automate to send this metadata to a back end system for further processing.

0:37:59.880 --> 0:38:0.430

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Let's see.

0:38:1.260 --> 0:38:4.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Let me show you one more demo of syntax here.

0:38:8.40 --> 0:38:36.610

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Here I'm going to show you a patient resuscitation debrief form. This is a very common form that is used in hospitals by healthcare workers after they perform resuscitation on patient. So today what happens is this form is filled. They take a picture or the scan it, they send it to it. Now in it there are employees who are reviewing this form and entering all this.

0:38:36.870 --> 0:38:39.310

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Data manually in the system.

0:38:40.430 --> 0:38:48.660

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now with syntax, all this can be automated. You can build a syntax model to do that. You define the metadata.

0:38:49.450 --> 0:38:53.0

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It literally takes 15 minutes to build this AI model.

0:38:54.160 --> 0:38:57.390

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You upload 5 documents for training the model.

0:38:58.270 --> 0:39:0.670

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You can upload more, but minimum is 5.

0:39:3.40 --> 0:39:11.770

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And next, this is where you're using the editor to select what you want to extract and map it to the metadata field.

0:39:12.950 --> 0:39:20.590

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

As you can see, syntax can recognize handwritten content. It can work on PDF, JPEG, PNG.

0:39:21.250 --> 0:39:22.780

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And office files as well.

0:39:26.290 --> 0:39:34.880

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

The first note takes around 10 to 15 seconds because of all the processing that is happening here in the browser. After that, it's pretty pretty fast.

0:39:36.150 --> 0:39:40.900

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So as you can see, you drag and drop if you want to extract physician code reader.

0:39:42.700 --> 0:39:47.130

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And then you sit ohh, assign it to a particular metadata.

0:39:48.180 --> 0:39:54.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You can extract checkboxes. You can extract all the table information. For example, if you have invoices.

0:39:55.650 --> 0:40:18.760

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

As well as handwritten contract, you do this for five files. You train the model and then you deploy it, publish it to your SharePoint library. After you do that, as soon as a new form comes into the organization, either through e-mail or someone uploads it, syntax runs in the back end and it has automatically.

0:40:21.950 --> 0:40:25.60

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Extracted all the information, including handwritten content.

0:40:27.760 --> 0:40:40.420

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

OK, now using power automate you can now send this information to your EHR system. If required, you can use power BI to do some trend and analysis right here from.

0:40:41.200 --> 0:40:44.870

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You can do visualized library. I need to log in here.

0:40:47.300 --> 0:40:56.620

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

But the whole idea here is we are reducing the amount of time that is required today to analyze and process all this information.

0:41:0.870 --> 0:41:3.760

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Last thing I want to show you is the compliance.

0:41:4.530 --> 0:41:6.260

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So as you have seen here.

0:41:8.550 --> 0:41:8.980

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Sorry.

0:41:14.340 --> 0:41:29.330

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

In the model itself, you can specify the retention label. For example, if you want to store this record for 10 years or 15 years, you can define it in the model itself and so that users they don't have to do it by themselves.

0:41:31.260 --> 0:41:42.670

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now you have seen how this works in a semi structured content such as this one, but syntax also works in a totally unstructured content. For example, if you have contracts.

0:41:43.580 --> 0:42:14.100

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right in the contract, the contract date, contract amount, they may not be in specific position or a specific layout. This is where syntax uses a machine teaching where it uses pattern based recognition to identify the meta data and extract it and store it in the SharePoint library. So these are all the contracts you can select multiple contracts, click on, classify and extract or you upload new contracts.

0:42:16.870 --> 0:42:20.820

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Your you'll notice it has extracted all the metadata.

0:42:24.300 --> 0:42:55.330

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right now you can have multiple models defined and assigned to a particular library, contracts, service agreements, NDA's, employment offers as documents are uploaded to SharePoint library, all the models are executed against the against the file. Whichever model has high confidence score that particular model is applied. So imagine you having all this content today terabytes of content.

0:42:55.510 --> 0:43:15.80

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Which syntax now you can classify what is the content. You can automatically apply a retention policy so that the content is deleted. You can enable metadatabase search for your users and now you can also integrate with power automate and build your business processes.

0:43:17.960 --> 0:43:18.610

Jim Warner

Arbindo.

0:43:18.860 --> 0:43:19.410

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yep.

0:43:19.980 --> 0:43:30.310

Jim Warner

And the question out there for Mike, does anyone estimate, does one estimate estimate the syntax AI caused by referencing AI builder costs?

0:43:30.850 --> 0:43:33.540

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yeah, very good question. I'm gonna cover that. Yep.

0:43:36.670 --> 0:43:40.620

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

All right, so going back to the slides.

0:43:42.930 --> 0:43:52.590

We have three types of syntax models today. The first one prebuilt models, so Microsoft is providing out-of-the-box models that we have already trained.

0:43:53.830 --> 0:44:13.500

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Invoices and receipts are GA today. It's available today for you to use, so if you want to process your invoices, you do not have even have to build a model. You just provide 1 sample. That is it. You deploy all your invoices from multiple vendors will get classified and information extracted.

0:44:14.900 --> 0:44:18.430

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Seem similarly for receipts and then we are adding new models.

0:44:19.950 --> 0:44:27.460

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

The second one is for structured document model, one that you saw with the patient resuscitation form.

0:44:28.730 --> 0:44:40.830

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And the third one is the unstructured document model. This is where the machine teaching is used for documents such as contracts, NDA's, research papers, clinical trials, et cetera.

0:44:43.370 --> 0:45:5.460

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

No, coming back to the AI builder cost, there is the AI builder. Cost is only applicable to the structured document model where you are using where syntax uses the AI builder to build the model itself. There is no consumption based cost for prebuilt model or the unstructured document model.

0:45:9.490 --> 0:45:11.260

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

One other question that comes up.

0:45:12.320 --> 0:45:14.490

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Is. How is this different from AI builder?

0:45:15.260 --> 0:45:45.730

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right, So what AI Builder does is first two elements. It does the classification and it extracts the metadata. What syntax does is that it uses these two to automate the content life cycle. For example using the classification and metadata with syntax you can you can assign sensitivity labels so contract has to be highly confidential. Patient has to be confidential.

0:45:45.800 --> 0:45:53.380

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

They should information it. You can also apply compliance label like Delete after 10 years. Delete after 15 years so on and so forth.

0:45:54.450 --> 0:46:2.660

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You enable Meta databased search like you search on specific meta data for your users to quickly get to the information they're looking for.

0:46:3.980 --> 0:46:8.730

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

With syntax and topics, you enable much richer knowledge discovery.

0:46:9.500 --> 0:46:20.410

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Now all the content that is tagged is now easily aligned with topics so that it it gets curated and shown in the topic experience.

0:46:21.500 --> 0:46:46.70

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And last but not the least, we also have content assembly within syntax, so using all the metadata. Now you can generate a new content. So think about a scenario where you are creating an addendum to a contract instead of creating a contract from a blank document or copying and pasting existing document, you can use metadata to generate new document.

0:46:49.630 --> 0:46:50.950

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Here are some.

0:46:51.820 --> 0:47:15.70

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Scenarios for Viva topics, but from everything from you know a new employee onboarding to customer service to product design. Viva topics really helps users reduce the time they spent in finding for information and also finding new insights even if they're not looking for.

0:47:15.880 --> 0:47:16.240

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Right.

0:47:17.940 --> 0:47:19.170

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

These are some of the.

0:47:19.250 --> 0:47:32.770

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Well, case studies, Northumbrian water based in UK, it's an engineering form. They're using topics and sing takes to retain knowledge from their existing design documents.

0:47:34.30 --> 0:47:42.200

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

London Stock Exchange Group is using syntax to identify the fund information from the prospectus.

0:47:43.290 --> 0:47:49.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So that the wealth managers, the advisors, they don't have to spend hours and hours to do the same thing every day.

0:47:52.380 --> 0:48:8.370

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

This is the Gartner and the Forester quadrant. You'll notice it's a little small here, but Microsoft is in the leaders quadrant both for Gartner and Forrester Wave report, and this is not because of the specific features.

0:48:9.210 --> 0:48:16.860

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

That we have, but it is because of the end to end platform that we provide or with topics and syntax.

0:48:19.10 --> 0:48:24.40

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Here is a quick road map. What we saw here is really the first row.

0:48:24.890 --> 0:48:42.100

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

At Ignite, we announced our syntax road map for next one year. You will notice we are investing a lot in this space. We are bringing features such as annotations, something that you can use for reduction as well.

0:48:43.10 --> 0:48:45.80

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

We are building more prebuilt models.

0:48:46.290 --> 0:49:1.780

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Or CR by default OCR on all the content in your SharePoint and exchange summarization of a large documents where syntax will create multiple summaries so that you can quickly get a gist of huge document.

0:49:2.570 --> 0:49:5.420

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Translation from one language to another.

0:49:6.570 --> 0:49:25.610

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

The other ones that I'm really excited about is the E signature. We will be bringing in E signature right inside SharePoint. You will be able to integrate with Adobe sign DocuSign as well as syntax will have its own esignature that you can use.

0:49:27.110 --> 0:49:43.420

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

On the managed side, we are adding tools for IT to manage this large amount of content. We are going to introduce tiered storage so that you can archive your content that is not being actively used in a cold storage location.

0:49:44.380 --> 0:50:4.550

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

We are also going to provide point in time backup and restore so that if there is any ransomware or you want to restore something, you can quickly go to the backup and restore and restore to a particular point and this will be A at a very granular level at a site and document libraries.

0:50:7.70 --> 0:50:8.140

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Any questions so far?

0:50:12.780 --> 0:50:13.600

Jim Warner

No looking good.

0:50:13.960 --> 0:50:20.70

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Alright, so that is it. That is really how we bring.

0:50:21.120 --> 0:50:27.30

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

AI to work for you and help you curate the content and use it in your flow of work.

0:50:32.50 --> 0:50:34.440

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Wait for any questions. Any feedback?

0:50:38.730 --> 0:50:40.790

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Not I can hand it over to Mike.

0:50:45.890 --> 0:50:54.880

Michael Gannotti

Alright, so if you have questions now would be the time you can raise your hand. We can bring you off mute. You can also post them in the chat.

0:50:56.540 --> 0:51:1.910

Michael Gannotti

We're happy to entertain those. Anything about the topics that you've seen today and.

0:51:4.150 --> 0:51:7.380

Michael Gannotti

We have a few minutes left, so I see Mike is typing.

0:51:8.660 --> 0:51:10.80

Michael Gannotti

We'll wait for that to come in.

0:51:14.930 --> 0:51:19.290

Michael Gannotti

Go and rust, rust asked. Are you able to share the slides our bendo.

0:51:19.620 --> 0:51:20.530

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Absolutely, yeah.

0:51:22.890 --> 0:51:23.150

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Yep.

0:51:20.770 --> 0:51:27.590

Michael Gannotti

So yeah, just send those to me in and uh, chat on teams and I'll add those to the the resources.

0:51:29.590 --> 0:51:35.750

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

What is the typical rollout time for a working project now? As you can see, syntax is pretty quick.

0:51:36.550 --> 0:51:43.600

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

You can start with something as simple as invoice or receipt and get started within within few hours.

0:51:44.500 --> 0:51:45.170

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Of.

0:51:46.720 --> 0:52:0.310

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

We were topics takes takes a while, it takes a about a week to 10 days initially depending on the amount of content you have for AI to curate what you have in the enterprise.

0:52:1.240 --> 0:52:7.990

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And after you do that, maybe a week for you to review what is there and refine it.

0:52:8.960 --> 0:52:20.400

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And then publish it. There is some more time required in Viva topics just to do some change management activities such as training users, making sure they understand what topic is.

0:52:24.200 --> 0:52:28.90

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Can I tie to AD roles via API graph?

0:52:29.80 --> 0:52:30.230

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

So if you can.

0:52:30.310 --> 0:52:39.760

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Ohh elaborate on that topics uses the AD roles and it both topics and syntax.

0:52:40.640 --> 0:52:42.870

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

It respects the security.

0:52:43.680 --> 0:52:49.870

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

And it uses the roles and user information in the graph to identify subject matter expert.

0:52:57.980 --> 0:52:59.610

Michael Gannotti

That's all the questions I see.

0:53:1.370 --> 0:53:1.800

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Awesome.

0:53:2.320 --> 0:53:6.90

Michael Gannotti

All right. Well, I want to thank you arbindo for today. That was great.

0:53:7.490 --> 0:53:18.490

Michael Gannotti

Well, I do see Andre is typing, so we'll see if he pops. Question. But there's been a great session and I do want to remind everybody, I'm gonna share my screen real briefly.

0:53:19.760 --> 0:53:43.300

Michael Gannotti

That following today's presentation, you'll be able to go on to our site at AKA dot Ms Slash HLS blog and we will have. It might even be today. We'll have the session up. I can tell you our next Viva monthly live. I've lined up the principal program manager.

0:53:44.280 --> 0:54:2.660

Michael Gannotti

For Viva goals. So that's gonna be exciting. One that'll be the end of next month and end of November. So please be on the lookout for that. Post an announcement. We I have a call with him this week and we're going to nail down the specifics on that, but.

0:54:3.430 --> 0:54:8.980

Michael Gannotti

That's what's next. And again, you know that upcoming announcement and all is a.

0:54:10.920 --> 0:54:21.740

Michael Gannotti

On our blog. So with that, thank you everybody. Have a great day. Have a great week. Stay safe out there for Halloween and we'll see you next time on Viva monthly live. Thank you.

0:54:22.100 --> 0:54:22.630

Arbindo Chattopadhyay

Thank you.
