Over in Events, we had a new episode of Unpacking Endpoint Management live with hosts @Danny Guillory and @Steve Thomas (GLADIATOR), who chatted with Product Managers @Eric Orman and @Donna_Ryan from the Windows 365 team about endpoint management of Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Every week, users come to the MTC seeking guidance or technical support for their Microsoft solutions, and we want to help highlight a few of these each week in the hopes of getting these questions answered by our amazing community!

 

 

 

In the Azure community, @Patryk_Mierzwa is seeking guidance about enabling RDS on a VM that is not joined to a domain/doesn’t have an internal network connection.

 

 

 

And over in Microsoft Teams, @Heimlich13 is trying to find out what is causing their missed calls and voicemails to either not show or show in the wrong location.
