FPCH Admin AWS Posted May 10, 2019 FPCH Admin Posted May 10, 2019 So far I am liking what I see with Chromium based Edge. They released a version for MacOS yesterday. I installed it this morning on Mojave and have been using it all day. I like the clean look. What blows me away is the speed of it. It is faster than Firefox and Safari. Just a tad slower then Chrome. Microsoft did a good job making the UI look and act like all other MacOS apps. If only there was an Adblocker available to make it the perfect browser. 1 Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest

FPCH Admin AWS Posted May 10, 2019 Author FPCH Admin Posted May 10, 2019 I see the user agent for Edge is showing as Chrome although it seems to be a different build. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
FPCH Staff Rustys Posted May 10, 2019 FPCH Staff Posted May 10, 2019 Did the just release it for MacOS or is there one for the Windozes as well or is it just a beta thing? Quote "Confucius could give answer to that... unfortunately Confucius not here at moment."
FPCH Staff Tony D Posted May 10, 2019 FPCH Staff Posted May 10, 2019 They're not making it easy to find. Quote

FPCH Admin AWS Posted May 14, 2019 Author FPCH Admin Posted May 14, 2019 I have now made Edge my default browser. In the last upgrade they enabled extensions on the Mac version. I now have all the extensions I had installed on Firefox installed on Edge. I really think Microsoft has a winner here. 1 Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
