peterr Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 When I try to install an app like ClipClip the notification pops up saying it was blocked. I scan the app with MBAM before installing. I am not too techy so is there an easy way to relax the restriction on this notification system? Quote
FPCH Staff Tony D Posted May 1, 2018 FPCH Staff Posted May 1, 2018 What is it that is giving you the pop-up? Is the pop-up coming from MBAM? Quote
peterr Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 It comes from the notification corner and says something to the effect that it cannot be installed Quote
plodr Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 Looking here Download ClipClip - MajorGeeks my question will be, what version of Windows are you running? I see you posted from an android device, so that doesn't help determine the OS. Quote
peterr Posted May 2, 2018 Author Posted May 2, 2018 I mistakenly asked about this in another thread-sorry. I just read that one can only get 3rd party apps from the store not the app site itself. I know when I try to install from a 3rd party site ithe notification seems to indicate the firewall is not allowing it. I think i should stop here as I did post elsewhere and this will confuse things. Quote
