important HP 15 Laptop can't connect to the net

I am not seeing the option to turn off the bitdefender firewall so I disabled bitdefender and the net works, thanks! I still have to re-nable bitdefender so the cuz can use it. I will email them for clearer instructions.

You do need a firewall. The Windows firewall is fine. Just disable the Bitdefender firewall and enable the Windows firewall.
