Christmas Eve: pasta, sausage and salad.

Christmas Day: Swiss steak with potatoes and carrots baked in the oven and Razzleberry (Marie Callendar) pie with vanilla ice cream

Wine with both meals. Red wine Christmas Eve and Sparkling wine (Asti) on Christmas Day.

I'm doing something a little different this year.

 

Grilled pork chops with buttered mash, with a hint of cheese in the mash. Not decided on the veg yet.

 

Something very sweet for desert...

My Wife always calls me "Gordon Ramsey" in the Kitchen.:funny::whome:

Decided on Apple Pie and whipped Cream for desert.

A couple of bottles of "Linderman's Porphyry Sweet Blanc" is my choice for Wine.

Get into the "Southern Comfort" later.:woohoo:

No "Floosies" here, only spinsters! LOL.
