Windows Fax and Scan

I set up a Windows 7 machine to receive faxes using Windows Fax and Scan. Incoming faxes didn't show up in the Windows Fax and Scan software "Inbox". However, there were in C:\Program Data\Micrsoft\Windows NT\MSFax as expected. Don't know why they didn't show up in the MS Fax and Scan application.

 

Any idea why faxes don't show up in the MS Fax and Scan application?

They should show up in the Inbox.

I don't have any idea why they don't.

Maybe it's a permission thing. This is a POS computer in a restaurant. The Windows Fax and Scan software didn't even show up in All Programs. I had to find it in the System32 folder.

That's weird. I wonder if that has something to do with it?
