I have a Logitech HD Pro C920 Webcam

I get a big popup every reboot (Device not recognized)

Every single time I reboot, I lose the drivers completely.

Windows7 SP1 x64 bit

This is weird.

Any clues?

Not really a clue, but it sounds like something on your machine is wiping the drivers when other processes are being ended prior to shutdown.

Two hrs ago I switched Computers the webcam is fine on reboot.:huh:

They are not the same unfortunately. Prob about 30 programs more on Computer 1, Bill.

 

It's losing the Logitech Driver on shutdown.

Dougie, I read a thread somewhere that unchecking "allow the computer to turn off this device on shutdown"

under properties for USB ports solved this problem for the OP.
