Posted September 13, 20168 yr I have a Logitech HD Pro C920 Webcam I get a big popup every reboot (Device not recognized) Every single time I reboot, I lose the drivers completely. September 13, 20168 yr Not really a clue, but it sounds like something on your machine is wiping the drivers when other processes are being ended prior to shutdown.

September 13, 20168 yr Author They are not the same unfortunately. Prob about 30 programs more on Computer 1, Bill. It's losing the Logitech Driver on shutdown. September 13, 20168 yr Dougie, I read a thread somewhere that unchecking "allow the computer to turn off this device on shutdown" under properties for USB ports solved this problem for the OP.
