FPCH Staff Tony D Posted March 15, 2016 FPCH Staff Posted March 15, 2016 Anyone using JV16? I remember using it some years ago. Gotta say I don't remember why. I've received an email that they're changing their licensing model. Quote
FPCH Admin AWS Posted March 15, 2016 FPCH Admin Posted March 15, 2016 I've never heard of it. What was it? Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
DSTM Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Some years since I used JV16 Power Tools. If I remember it was free then. Can't remember why I gave it the flick. I use CCleaner now. FPCH Admin allheart55 Cindy E Posted March 15, 2016 FPCH Admin Posted March 15, 2016 Yeah, I still have it but I rarely use it. I have the last freeware version that he made. That version is still available. Quote ~I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.~ ~~Robert McCloskey~~
starbuck Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 (edited) jv16 PowerTools works by cleaning out unneeded data, cleaning the Windows registry, automatically fixing system errors and applying optimization to your system. Not really something that I would consider using. jv16 PowerTools X for old customers Personal use $5.95 jv16 PowerTools X Personal use $29.95 and at those prices, I won't be recommending it. FPCH Staff Tony D Posted March 15, 2016 Author FPCH Staff Posted March 15, 2016 Thanks Starbuck. This was an app I used some time ago. Haven't used it since I can remember. Quote
IceMan37 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 I had these tools in my arsenal way back when it was free as well. I believe in the middle of the Windows XP era. I didn't use it much though. I had other tools that were better that did the same things at the time. Quote
