peterr Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 My card insists on placing a folder in my temp folder - %temp%. I would like to not have it there. Is there a way to make this happen. I have removed all of nvidea in programs and features except the driver. I run Win 10 x64 and never saw it there before. Thank you Quote
FPCH Admin allheart55 Cindy E Posted March 13, 2016 FPCH Admin Posted March 13, 2016 I've seen this happen many times with NVidia, Peter. It's not peculiar to Windows 10. To delete it, you'll have to go your control panel and select the NVIDIA Control Panel Click on Manage 3D Settings. There should be an option there called Shader Cache. Set it to off and reboot your machine. Let us know how you fare with this. peterr Posted March 14, 2016 Author Posted March 14, 2016 I was lucky to find this solution on the web too and thank you. I have a friend who use Ccleaner to remove the foler but I don't know how. I ran the Windows tab but the folder was still there. I used the method you recommend. All's well. TY Peter. Quote
