December 15, 20159 yr FPCH Admin At the top of my list is network issues. It seems no one knows how to connect to one. When people move from one location to another they call me because they can't get internet. I give them laptops that will auto connect to all our locations yet they still have problems. Second on the list is freeing up space on the NAS for each employees documents that they share. Some users like to store their personal photos and videos. They then call me when they get an error that they have no more space. I am in the process of rewriting the section of the handbook that deals with this issue. Another Forum - Unlike the Rest

December 16, 20159 yr Author Thanks for the response guys, for myself it's exactly as Cindy has stated and in that order. Do you guys have a website? If not, mind sharing how you get most of your customers please? BTW Cindy, the email notifs are still not working, any ideas on that please?
December 16, 20159 yr All of my business comes from repeat customers and word of mouth. I have business cards printed up with my contact information on them. I usually leave a few with each customer. I have checked your preferences, Mike and they are set for you to receive email notification of new replies. You may only receive one email notice of a reply until you revisit the site. ~I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.~~~Robert McCloskey~~
