Apple will begin accepting Android devices as part of their in-store trade-in program, which encourages users to leave their current smartphone for an iPhone.

Previously Apple only allowed customers to trade-in their old iPhone towards a new one, but starting today they will begin accepting Android devices as well. The program expansion, which was previously rumored, will now include select Android and BlackBerry devices. Apple has yet to specify which devices it will allow.

Android users can now go into Apple Retail Stores in U.S., France, United Kingdom, and Italy to trade-in their current device towards the purchase of a new iPhone. If you are planning to make the switch from Android to iPhone, we have you covered with this extensive guide.
