March 5, 20159 yr Author I'm using "Cable" & my ISP is "Hotwire Communications" Ping: 12ms. Download Speed: 5.84 Mbps Upload Speed: 0.90 Mbps Should i complain or get a different ISP?

March 5, 20159 yr Hi ! My down load speed isn't good either. My ISP repairman was out here and proved the problem is in my wireless hardware on my lap top. He got almost 50Mbps down load on his lap top. I suppose I could get a toggle and do better, but I'm lazy and cheap! March 6, 20159 yr The download speed is the worst I have ever heard for cable N3, have you checked what speeds they claim to be offering with them and I agree with Bob the upload is really bad also? Are there maybe tiers of speed that you pay different prices for?
