FPCH Admin AWS Posted February 20, 2015 FPCH Admin Posted February 20, 2015 Comcast is testing caps in select markets for residential customers. It 300gig a month and if you go over it's like 50 cents a gig overage charge. As far as the comment goes. Comcast 1st tier support reps are at best clueless. Some of the things they say is nuts. GimboV Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Well according to the article Comcast has a 250GB cap after which you are charged. The new cap in the new market was smaller if I remember correctly. FPCH Admin AWS Posted February 21, 2015 FPCH Admin Posted February 21, 2015 You are correct. The old cap was 300gigs and now they lowered it to 250. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
