GimboV Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 (edited) I only bring this up because Comcast was a topic of conversation at the Wednesday night Paltalk chat. And I stand behind my statement of I will not give Comcast one nickel of my money. http://consumerist.com/2015/02/12/comcast-accidentally-receives-customers-rent-check-cashes-it-anyway/ I can see any company not wanting to send money back to the customer due to error, well because that is usually company policy. The part about this that gets me is the fact that Comcast doesn't even check to see who the check is made out to. This could lead to all sorts of problems on the side of Comcast. I guess your bank doesn't check either, oh that's right because a check is no longer a check it is an electronic transfer. Wonder what the law is on that one? . FPCH Admin AWS Posted February 13, 2015 FPCH Admin Posted February 13, 2015 This site runs on Comcast Business Metro-E fiber. I have had no problems with them. I've never had residential service with them so maybe that is a different animal. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
Rich-M Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Comcast is not only the only decent speed service I can get, but I have never had a bit of trouble with their service in the 2 plus years I have had it. I could not wait until it bec ame available and I have never looked back. Quote
FPCH Admin allheart55 Cindy E Posted February 16, 2015 FPCH Admin Posted February 16, 2015 As I said on Paltalk, Wednesday night, I love the Comcast services, I just don't like the cost of the monthly bill.
