FPCH Admin allheart55 Cindy E Posted February 2, 2015 FPCH Admin Posted February 2, 2015 There are some known issues with Windows 8/8.1 and pale moon in versions prior to 24.6.0. What version of pale moon are you using and what is your OS? Have you tried running with all add on's disabled or in safe mode? 1 Quote ~I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.~ ~~Robert McCloskey~~
Rich-M Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Yes what version I have no issues with it and been using it over a year now. Quote
Allen H Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 I am using 25.2.1 version of Pale Moonans today everything is o.k. I am just wondering if it maybe a particular website that I visit i.e. BBC News Channel, so I shall experiment with that Cindy, I have not tried as you suggested as yet Quote
Rich-M Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 You have the newest versions. Overall I find this way more stable than FF. My only issue is occasionally with pdf files as some will just not open. Quote
DSTM Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I have tried them all just about and each one has their drawbacks in some way. I have settled for IE and FireFox. They both suit my wants from a browser. Firefox being my default browser. Frogboy Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 If you like PaleMoon you could give Cyberfox a run i have found it to be stable and follows the updates a lot faster than PaleMoon.. Quote
