DSTM Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 I am really getting annoyed that on most sites they load OK but the Tab hourglass often never stops spinning. I look down and the site is loading all the crap imagineable like Google analytics, connecting to facebook and the list goes on and on.This site is no exception. Loads quite fast though. Funny thing with IE 11 the hourglass stops in seconds. Work that one out. I need Firefox because I have 10 pages of Speed Dial links.:( I prefer IE to FF anyday. FPCH Admin AWS Posted December 22, 2014 FPCH Admin Posted December 22, 2014 I've noticed that too with Firefox. IT seems to have started with the last update. Maybe rolling back, if that is possible, will fix it. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest

Maybe rolling back, if that is possible, will fix it. I will go back to an earlier version and see what gives, Bob. EDIT. I went back to version 34.5 and stopped updates. Still the same issue. This is a pain. FPCH Admin AWS Posted December 22, 2014 FPCH Admin Posted December 22, 2014 Maybe it's an addon. I am going to try to run with addons disabled. If that clears it up then I'll enable them one at a time until it stops. 2 Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest

Rich-M Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 That was one of the final reasons I moved to Chrome guys, It drove me bananas. I hate the Chrome interface but the browser itself is really free from issues for the most part. Quote

Rich-M Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Well you know that used to concern me but most of the paranoid techs I know who use third party firewalls and sandboxies which I would not think of using, also use Chrome browser and I think today it is pretty much the choice of techs. So who am I to judge I recently decided. Quote
