I just used Patch My PC Updater. It's a handy little program and works quickly.

I just saw a "genius" tech on an old forum we used to belong to state that Windows Updates, even the "Critical Updates" have absolutely nothing to do with security of the OS or browsers. Kinda gets ya all misty for the good ole days don't it?
