Which one of the "Reload" shortcuts is most used?

Ctrl + R

Reload (override cache) Ctrl + F5

I use control + r. I have used then all but that one is most convenient for me.

Any key where you have to take your hands from the keyboard; might just as well be hanging from the wall.

 

I use JJ KK LL followed by Enter as commands. As a typist having to move my hands from the home position is such a huge waste of speed.

Way back I wrote a KeyPunch Verify app. Rather than use the attached numeric keypad the users insisted we use the home position when entering numeric fields. ie change J to a 4, K to a 5 etc. I allow for that in my app when selecting previous search strings or file names.

 

We shouldn't forget those of us that can type.

Touch typist or "Hunt and Peck" typist. Fast or Extremely slow. All apps should have a second option like JJ KK LL for us that are Fast. Please don't slow us down.
