Posted November 15, 201410 yr Hey guys, I normally would have around 10 tabs or windows open on the net, now if I do a hard shut down at the end of the day, when I restart next morning I see the Restore option so I get all of those windows back, is there a way to have this restore session without hard shut down?

If you are using Firefox you can. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-restore-my-tabs-last-time Hard Shutdowns are a NO NO unless there is no other option but to Hard Shut Down. November 15, 201410 yr Author Cool, yeah I know hard shut downs should not be done, at least not on a regular basis, just every now and then I would need to save the windows I was working on, problem solved, thanks!
November 15, 201410 yr Good call Dougie! I knew that you can set it to come up all the time but I never saw the option to restore page anytime. That is another good reason to use FF.
