Things gets an iOS 8-inspired makeover for the iPad

Cultured Code has today announced an update for Things on iPad. The app will be bumped to version 2.5, which introduces a stunning redesign for the iPad. If you've been struggling with the dated look and feel of the app on the shiny new iOS operating system, this update will address all your complaints with not only a fresh redesign, but a new app icon too.

Some other highlights of version 2.5 include Handoff support (already present on both the Mac and iPhone versions of Things), new "Add to Things" extension for sending any to-do entries to the app, and background app refresh. Overall, it's quite the update that brings the iPad app up to par with other versions available.
