Monument Valley's first new levels arrive with latest update

As announced last week, puzzle game Monument Valley has received its first set of new levels with the expansion Forgotten Shores. The eight new levels, referred to in-game as Appendices, can be added to the game with an in-app purchase of $1.99.

Starting with The Chasm, levels take Ida to new environments, with new kinds of puzzles and challenges to overcome. Forgotten Shores stands apart from the original game, with Monument Valley presenting players with a choice of either entering the original ten levels, or exploring the new ones.
