Apple launching iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in India on October 17

India will be one of the 155 countries that will get the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus before the end of the year, as Apple's Indian website states that both devices will launch in the country on October 17.

 

 

Pricing details haven't been announced yet, but it is encouraging to see Apple taking a proactive stance in the country. Larger screened devices are traditionally well-received in India, so it should be interesting to see how much the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus will be priced in the country.
