Error 0xc000007b when accessing the game.

I have a new gaming laptop with windows 8 pro 64 bit OEM

i've installed directx, C++, Activated Net Framework from windows features to play ames and similar stuff

each of these programs is up to date i have Need for speed most wanted 2 and Fary Cry 3 and i installed it on my computer correctly

Now when i try to run the game it gives this error again n again . i tired reinstalling it with compatibility mode nothing's changed i've checked my anti-virus and firewall if they are using shields to block some people said that the application is trying to load bad dll files other say that its a 32 and a 64 bit issue well honestly i dont know what to do my friend has the same OS windows 8 pro and everything is working fine with him i was hoping you help me to find a way resolve the issue and try to load NFS and FAR CRY 3 correctly. this is the error

HP pavilion g6 notebook Core i5, 2.50Ghz 3rd generation , 4gb ram, 500Gb HDD , ATI HD 7000 Series GDDR5 2 Gb graphics card
