Guest Karthik Sridhar 2000 Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 (edited) I have a boxed version of Kaspersky internet security 2014. I don't have a CD-drive. So, I copied the whole content in the CD with my laptop and tried to install it on my computer. It starts well and goes on well. but in the middle of installation, it says "Current operating system is not supported". My operating system is Windows 8.1 pro. It also stated in that box that it is "ready for windows 8". don't know what to do... need help fast!! I bought that product before 6 months(approx.) Edited July 19, 2014 by AWS Quote
Rich-M Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 Wow downloading a special installer from Kaspersky seems like a really involved process to go through just to install and Antivrus program, bu that seems to be the only way to accomplish this. Those instructions should be on the software as necessary for using Windows 8.1. Quote
