Reliability and Performance Monitor

It looks like the reliability data on my PC stopped being collected

around 4 months ago. I went a little nuts disabling services and

tasks around that time. It's probable that I disabled some back end

service that the reliability monitor depends on. Anyone know what

services/tasks are responsible for populating this data?
