Can anyone help me with a registry hack or tru the policy to hide for non admin users the possibility to use Windows explorer ?

I already searched the net but nothing valid till now.

From what I know you can't because the process explorer is responsible also for the grafic interface so you can't just stop it.

thx for the answer ICTCity but i don't need to stop Windows Explorer, i just want to hide it for certain users that we don't wont to be able to use it.

I did it at the time on Windows 2000 server using a registry hack

I know, but the link talks about something different. If you open internet explorer you can easily type C:\ and access your local drive with explorer.
