i am using windows server and there is a server above my server(licensing server),i am able to ping that server from my Server,The problem is i am not able to ping that server(Licensing server) from the domain users of my server(windows server 2008).all this i need is to run a application on my Domain users,So please help me.

configure your firewall, for ping enable echo request and reply

hmm i did on both systems but not working first i tried one by one :(,On my server and Domain user

It says destination host unreachable

Try to disable your fw on both devices then try again

brother firewall is off on both systems

is there something between the two systems?

Try to check the host file or else use the IP to ping rather than host name if you are using host name to ping

there is nothing between both systems, and am using Ip to ping :(
