how to allocate or tansfer between 2 drive?

i have 2 drives in my computer ,,drive C=100 GB,,drive D=500 GB,,i want transfer 200 GB from drive D to drive C,,so how can i do it?

Download and install ROBOCOPY it's a command line tool, use the option R or Z I don't remember, anyway use it in restartable mode.

No sorry, but I thought you were wrong... Of course it's impossible... You need at least 200 GB to transfer 200... And if you to grow your C disk to 200, it's impossible too until it is a single drive.
