Server 2008 R2, DNS.exe taking around 5000 system socket ports, it that normal?

UDP ports listening from 59632 to 64662 around 5000 ports ????

Is it ok or it is not normal procedure, I understand that DNS has to choose a random port which is working fine using "netstat -anb | find/C "dns.exe"" , showing only one socket port. But is that ok to reserve 5000 ports ?
