Japanese setup with Hand Writing

I was trying to configure an XP system with Japanese and

under the "Text and Input Languages" Keyboard I added entries:

Japanese

Keyboard

Japanese

Japanese Input System (MS-IME2002)

 

Which is different from my setup which has:

Japanese

Keyboard

Microsoft IME Standard 2002 ver 8.1

Microsoft Natural Input 2002 ver 8.1

I have options on the IME Pad including Hand Writing.

The other system does not.

 

How do I configure with the "2002 ver 8.1"?
