Actually I do not have any problem to post but I just want to have an idea.

Does a program exist that creates its own codes in the background, suppose like the program splits into 2 frames, upper and lower and in the upper frame it displays an image and in the lower frame it displays you program text boxes. Then you calibrate your text box with the image, like when you click on X text box it displays a part of the required information on the image and these text boxes must save the data on a database?

A bit like dreamweaver or Frontpage but this one must be able to compile so that you get a exe?
