Windows crashes after plugin USB Flashdisk

We have several Windows XP PC's. They have all the updates, the newest Bios

and Mainboard-Drivers but when i plug in a USB Flashdisk ths system crashes.

Sometimes it srashes when i remove the Stick and plug in again, sometimes it

crashes on the first plugin.

There are different errors:

Stop 0x00000035 (no_itp_stacklocations)

Stop 0x0000007e (scsydisk.sys)

I have searched the web ans several Forums but there is no solution for this.

I hope you can help me.
