Guest Vince T Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Win XP + SP2 and all updates. I reloaded the OS after backing up mail and addresses to an external HD. I messed up the import of these items and now they're not accessible. They are listedi in drive I: which is a DVD drive but has no disc in it. When I search for dbx files on the HD and on some Acronis discs I made earlier I get the error message ARCHIVE OPEN ERROR An error occured when opening archive. Plug in not found. 0x1B0003 Token = PlaceBrowser Tag= 0xAC6EA1C1803F7BFC I have tried all the MS sites for help but this error message is not found. Happens whenever I search.
