Not sure bout swf..

I've found stumbleupon.com which seems ok,,,but on some sites it recommends

will be a page of a url with swf at the end...the page will be blank...i'm

not sure but swf stands for shockwave flash?? In any case i went to adobe.com

and made sure i had downloads of what i thought i needed....halfway done a

search on google that recommended a fix but seemed to be a little advanced

for my pea brain...Is there any info you good ppl could give that will help
