Microsoft clip organsier cannot complete the operation

Microsoft clip organsier cannot complete the operation , no such interface

supported error code 0x80004002 , I have already actioned the user action for

this fault as detailed in technet which is to ensure you have a late version

of mdsn.

of which i have 2.8 , this problem with clipart is across all the office

2007 suite , able to go online and dowmload clipart ,but unable to use it in

any of the office applications . have reinstalled both office and operatiing

system windows xp sp 2 still no success.

have re registered the dll

have re installed windows and office

have checked with componet checker the version of msdn

have run a detect and repair on clip organiser

have raised this question in office newsgroup
