The diagram below depicts the scenario. A level 1 folder contains an

access db. This db automatically creates the level 2 & 3 folders. I

want users to be able to use the db to create the level 2 & 3 folders,

but once created, I do not want them to be able to delete, move, or

rename the folders. They should, however, be able to add files to the

level 2 & 3 folders, as well as edit/rename/modify/change any file in

these folders.

Is this possible? What would the permissions be?

Level 1 Folder

|_____ Level 2

|_____ Level 3

|_____ Level 3

|_____ Level 2

|_____ Level 3

|_____ db.mdb

(Users are using Windows XP SP2.......I can only guess that Windows

Server 2003 is being used.)

Thanks in advance.
