How to write in Chinese in WORD 2003

At the moment, I can see the chinese words in yahoo.com.cn. I have Microsoft

Office 2003 (WORD 2003) in my Win XP Prof v2002 SP2, how can I write chinese

in WORD then. I have already instal the East Asian language. However, I do

not see the "E" on the taskbar Thanks.
