How to make a system service thats starts up .bat file

Hi,

 

Im new wit Win Server 2008 and there is a problem a cant solve:

I have two bach files that first sets the the specific classpath and then stars the .jar files. The problem is, that I want to have all of this done automatically when the system restars and before the user login (to work as a system service).

Any idea how to do that ?
