Posted October 21, 200717 yr I can not run Mindstorm on my XP Home machine. I've reloaded the software (and current driver) numerous times. Still fails with "fantom.dll Access is denied". I've logged in as administrator, and changed permissions for my "user", and "everyone" to be "Full Control" and Mindstorm NXT software still fails with the "access is denied" on the fantom.dll. Anyone have an idea how to fix this? I had a similar problem last May after an update from MS. Norton360 quit working... Never did get that fixed... and Norton kept saying it was MS's fault.
