File save as and/or file insert

In word, excel and when inserting attachments into emails when I try to save

or insert files the screen says that the function is not responding. With

multiple clicks it will eventually let me move ahead to the next level and

then at the next level it hangs-up again until I use multple clicks again.

This generally uses up to 5 minutes of time depending how far down I go

looking for a specific directory.

Is there a solution to this problem?
