Posted October 19, 200717 yr When I go to a web sight and try pull up the information it says that I need getimage.tif how do I get this file back. The only thing that I have recently changed is went from microsoft office 2003 to 2007 it slowed my computer down so i removed it and now can not open these files. Any suggestions? -- wendy
